We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order processing, logistics coordination, and customer support. You'll be the bridge between backend operations and customers--ensuring a smooth, timely, and satisfying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
Process and monitor online orders across platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, etc.)
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely dispatches
Maintain stock records and daily operational reports
Flag stock issues or delays and coordinate with the production team
Customer Support:
Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and calls in a professional and timely manner
Handle exchange/return requests and resolve complaints effectively
Maintain a daily tracker of customer interactions and issues resolved
Share customer feedback internally to improve products/services
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations or customer service (fashion/lifestyle industry preferred)
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Comfortable using Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets.
Highly organized, solution-oriented, and responsive

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
