Job Description

Closing Stock Taking & Reporting:

Perform daily/weekly closing stock verification across SupplyCo, Thriveni, and Van Sales outlets. Maintain accurate stock registers, reconcile physical vs. system stock, and report variances promptly.

Stock Management & Replenishment:

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate timely replenishment, and oversee warehouse loading/unloading for van operations. Ensure strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO stock rotation practices.

Customer Outlet Servicing (SupplyCo/Thriveni):

Collect retail orders, manage stock allocation, and track stock movement, returns, expiries, and damages. Maintain strong working relationships with outlet personnel for smooth operations.

Van Sales Operation Support:

Assist in route planning and daily stock assignment for vans. Monitor van stock usage, ensure accurate daily sales and closing stock reporting, and conduct periodic van stock audits to prevent leakages.

Documentation & System Updating:

Prepare regular (daily/weekly/monthly) inventory and sales reports. Accurately update ERP/Excel stock movement data and maintain records for returns, expiries, replacements, and claims.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,100.58 - ₹15,000.00 per month
