We are a well-known and respected manufacturer of high-quality furniture for children in India and seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for effective communication with our diverse client base.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.

- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and determining the best course of action.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree. (English Hons. candidates will be preferred)

- The candidate must be based in Gurgaon.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
