1. Call every customer who placed the order and reconfirm
2. Check NDR panel throughout the day and call each customer
3. Raise redelivery requests on portal based on customers request
4. To check RTO panel and call every customer of RTO to reconfirm if the order is needed
5. Write to shiprocket for any delivery partners fault
6. Raise concerns with shiprocket team for refunds
7. Coordinate with finance team to Raise debate note to shiprocket on daily basis and also any returns or refund to the customers
