Handle inbound customer calls and chats in a professional manner
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions

Document all customer interactions correctly in the system
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies

This is a pure customer support role with no sales and no targets.
