The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support, providing timely and accurate information and assistance. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the company's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate product/service information and basic troubleshooting.
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/technical support or relevant departments.
Maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Identify and report common issues, feedback, and suggestions from customers.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-first attitude at all times.
Monitor network performance and infrastructure using tools.
Respond to network alerts, tickets, and service requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity issues.
Handle basic configurations of network devices under supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of networking concepts: WAN,LAN and Wireless.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills English and tamil.
Working Conditions:
This role may involve working in a 24x7 environment with rotating shifts.
