We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer care Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain records of conversations and update the database regularly.
Follow up on prospective clients to close sales.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain professionalism and positive attitude during customer interactions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in [English / Regional Language as required].
Ability to learn about products/services quickly and explain them clearly.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Persuasive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Graduate].
