What You'll Do:



Handle customer calls, emails, and chats Share details about our gearboxes, engines, and other products Help customers choose products and process their orders Solve customer issues and complaints quickly Maintain proper customer records and communication history Coordinate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:



Good communication skills

(Knowledge of Tamil/Telugu/Hindi/Malayalam is an added advantage)

Friendly and customer-focused attitude Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle customer queries patiently
