We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive with knowledge in oil and lubricants. The candidate must be fluent in Hindi (mandatory), Tamil, and English, and should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide technical and product-related support for engine oils, greases, ATFs, etc.
Assist with order tracking, product recommendations, and after-sales support
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams
Maintain accurate customer records and feedback reports
Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi (mandatory), Tamil, and English
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Working knowledge of oil and lubricant products is essential

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
