About the Role

Magnum Group is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives . In this role, you will manage customer inquiries through both voice and chat support channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and providing timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Professionally handle customer inquiries via calls and chat platforms. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Effectively resolve customer issues or escalate them to the relevant team. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Achieve daily/weekly quality and productivity targets. Ensure a consistently positive customer experience with every interaction.
Required Skills

Strong communication skills (Proficiency in Hindi; basic English preferred). Comfort in handling both chat and voice processes. Basic computer skills (typing, email management, MS Office). Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in customer interactions. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma (12th pass); Graduation is preferred. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
