Role Overview



We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a domestic voice process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Resolve queries, complaints, and provide accurate information. Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system. Ensure high-quality customer service and a positive customer experience. Follow all process guidelines and maintain service-level standards.

Qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Good English communication required

Stipend:

?8,000 (English training)

Salary Structure



Freshers:

?13,000 + ?1,000 (Performance Bonus)

Experienced:

?14,000 + ?1,000 (Performance Bonus)

Bengali, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Oriya


Shifts & Working Days



Shift:

Rotational shifts (8 hours + 1-hour break)

Working Days:

6 days per week

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
