Resolve queries related to bookings, payments & documentation.
Maintain customer records and update CRM.
Coordinate with sales, accounts & site teams.
Assist in agreement, registration & possession processes.
Prepare daily follow-up and MIS reports.
Skills Required
Strong communication & customer handling.
Good coordination & follow-up skills.
MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word).
Real estate experience preferred.
