Job Role:
Provide customer support over calls and ensure smooth resolution of customer queries.
Eligibility:
Education: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
Communication:
Good english and hindi communication
Age: Up to 35 years
Experience: Freshers & Experienced (1 year relevant exp. preferred)
Working Details:
Working Days: 5-6 days (process-based)
Week Off: Rotational or fixed (as per process)
Shift Duration: 8.5 - 9 hours (including break)
Salary Range (In CTC)
Freshers: ?10,000 - ?18,000
Experienced: ?20,000 - ?30,000
Salary depends on interview & process selection.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
