Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain call records and update CRM/software.
Provide product/service information to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer support & follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and service quality standards.
Required Skills:
Strong English communication (verbal & written).
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Email / Internet).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
