JOB CESCRIPTION



Customer Care Executive - GEM



Location: Bhopal

Qualification: Graduates only

Experience: Experienced candidates only (6+ months)



Training: 30 days (?7,500 stipend, English)

Salary: ₹16,000 + ?1,000 (Performance Bonus)



Skills: English communication

Gender: Male/Female



Shift & Days: Rotational day shifts (8 hrs + 1 hr break), 6 days working



Additional: Night shift allowance applicable (if assigned) | Incentives + extra pay for candidates knowing Bengali, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Oriya



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
