Excellent English communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Strong problem-solving ability & customer-handling skills

Roles & Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service-related concerns Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction Log and update customer interactions accurately in the system Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned department Meet daily/weekly performance and quality metrics as per company guidelines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
