We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information Maintain customer satisfaction through professional interaction Update customer records and follow up as needed Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle customer interactions politely and professionally Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
