Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and customer queries.
Provide accurate product or service information.
Record customer details and maintain data in Excel/CRM.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with the service or technical team when required.
Requirements
12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
0-1 year of experience in customer service (freshers can apply).
Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly approach.
Salary
?10,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Day shift ( 10:00 AM - 7 PM)
