Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with queries related to products, services, orders, payments, or account details.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, concise, and solution-oriented responses.
Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure full resolution.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years in customer service or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply).
Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle customer concerns patiently.
Team player with a problem-solving attitude.
