Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to businesses, startups, and individuals regarding trademark and copyright registration. Educate potential clients about trademark and copyright services, their importance, and how they can protect their intellectual property. Identify client needs and provide suitable information about the services offered. Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow up on inquiries. Handle client queries effectively and guide them through the trademark and copyright process.
