We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive

to join our team at Digitide Solutions Limited, Indore. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues efficiently. Provide product/service information and support to customers. Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer requests.

Requirements:



Education: Graduate / Undergraduate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,870.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
