Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues efficiently.
Provide product/service information and support to customers.
Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer requests.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability
Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome
