Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues or directing to appropriate departments. Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions. Collaborate to enhance customer service procedures.

Requirements:



EXCELLENT English communication skills (verbal and written). Prior customer service experience preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in computers and customer service software.

Qualifications:



Minimum UNDERGRADUATE, diploma or equivalent.
