Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats in a professional manner
Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper documentation of interactions in the system
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
Meet daily/weekly performance targets and follow company guidelines
Interview Timing:
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
