Job Title: Customer Support Executive -

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Voice Process of the GEM (Govt. e-Marketplace) portal. The role involves assisting clients with queries, guiding them through the online tendering process, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat professionally and efficiently.
Assist users in navigating the GEM portal and resolving their concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
Meet monthly targets as assigned by the Team Leader.
Provide accurate information with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of escalated issues.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduation (any stream).
Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in customer support process.
Skills:
Fluent English (written and verbal).
Good typing speed with accuracy.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule
Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Female Candidates: Fixed shifts between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Weekly Off: Rotational (decided by Team Leader).
Festival Off: Applicable as per company policy.
Salary Package
In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 + ?1,000 (Performance Allowance).
Deductions applicable after completion of 6 months.
