Customer Support Executives

for a growing inbound and outbound process. The ideal candidate must have

good communication skills

and a passion for helping customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer queries related to products, services, and complaints effectively. Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions and update necessary information in the system. Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies. Meet daily call targets and performance metrics. Coordinate with team members and other departments when required. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
