Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer queries over calls with professionalism and empathy Document interactions and follow-ups accurately in internal systems Provide product information using prepared scripts Manage escalations and ensure a high-quality customer experience Meet call quality, resolution, and service benchmarks

What You'll Need

Graduate in any discipline (full-time or part-time) 0-3 years of experience in BPO or customer service roles Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle irate customers Familiarity with basic computer tools and CRM systems
