Key Responsibilities:



Make

outbound calls

to potential customers and business leads to introduce our AI-powered solutions. Handle

inbound queries

from interested clients and provide detailed product information. Understand customer requirements and explain how our AI solution can address their needs. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer questions and handle objections. Record all customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Work closely with the sales and technical teams to schedule product demos or consultations. Meet targets related to calls, lead conversions, and customer engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Computer Science preferred). Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging in professional conversations. Basic understanding of AI or tech products (training will be provided). Proficient in using computers and CRM or call management tools. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to customer outreach and relationship building.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
