Key Responsibilities



Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution Escalate complex issues to senior staff when required Meet customer satisfaction and performance targets Adhere to company policies and quality standards
