Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries.
Clearly explain company services and convert leads into appointments or sales.
Update and maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Who Can Apply:
Minimum
6 months of experience or fresher
in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Fluency in English
is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills with confident telephone etiquette.
Must be comfortable working from the office (No Work-from-Home option).
Basic computer skills required (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred).
