Key ResponsibilitiesVoice Process



Handle inbound/outbound customer calls. Resolve customer queries with clarity, patience, and professionalism. Provide accurate product/service information. Maintain call quality and follow communication guidelines.

Requirements



Good communication skills (verbal & written). Basic computer knowledge and typing skills for non-voice positions. Ability to work in rotational shifts and week-offs. Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving ability. Freshers and experienced candidates (HSC Pass) are welcome.
