Customer Service Executive - MIS & Advanced Excel


Location: Pune
Shift: US Night Shift
Compensation: Up to ?6 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Role:


Handle customer service operations and prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel to support performance tracking and decision-making.

Key Skills:



Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros) MIS reporting and data analysis Strong communication and analytical skills

Requirements:



2+ years' experience in Customer Service with MIS focus Bachelor's degree in any discipline Comfortable working in US shifts
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,758.94 - ?50,190.31 per month
