Job Summary



Provilac is seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Support Executive - HORECA

to manage and support our hotel, restaurant, and cafe clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting the sales and distribution teams.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact for HORECA customers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing, and product information Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution Maintain strong relationships with hotel, restaurant, and cafe clients to ensure repeat business Support the sales team with customer data, order follow-ups, and account updates Monitor customer accounts, outstanding payments, and credit limits in coordination with the finance team Maintain accurate customer records, order history, and communication logs Provide product guidance related to Provilac's dairy portfolio and usage in HORECA applications Collect market feedback and customer insights to support product and service improvements

Requirements & Qualifications



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in customer support or sales support, preferably in HORECA, FMCG, or food & beverage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems Knowledge of the HORECA industry and food service operations is an advantage
