Job Responsibilities



Handle inbound & outbound customer calls Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Follow communication scripts and process guidelines Coordinate with internal teams when required

Good spoken English (mandatory) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM - if any) Ability to handle customers calmly and confidently Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
