Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers
Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets (response time, resolution time, satisfaction score, etc.)
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication skills in [Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Telugu (OPTIONAL) etc.]
Proficient in using customer support tools and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
