Job Descripton for Customer Care Executive - Mumbai (Malad) Office



Who can Apply :



Candidate with Good communication skills Knowledge of call handling, phone etiquette's & Basic Email writing skills Fluent in English, Hindi languages HSC completed can apply, however Graduation will be preferred. Minimum 6months - 1 year of experience in customer service background.

Key Responsibilities:



Make Outbound calls to Customer. Tracking and reporting delayed shipment on Courier Website. Follow up with Courier team for Delivery Maintain Customer Records and Manage Database 150 - 200 outbound calls to be made daily

6 days Work from Office.
