2. Sales & Lead Generation
Promote products or services over the phone.
Explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Convert leads into sales or set appointments for the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
3. Data Management
Maintain accurate records of customer information.
Update CRM systems or spreadsheets with call details.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or complete sales cycles.
4. Problem Solving & Support
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally.
Provide solutions or escalate to the relevant department.
Guide customers through processes ( payments, services, etc.).
5. Communication & Professionalism
Use effective communication skills to influence and engage customers.
Follow scripts or guidelines while adapting to customer needs.
Maintain a polite, positive, and professional tone on calls.
