Job Description

1. Customer Interaction



Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

2. Sales & Lead Generation



Promote products or services over the phone. Explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Convert leads into sales or set appointments for the sales team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

3. Data Management



Maintain accurate records of customer information. Update CRM systems or spreadsheets with call details. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or complete sales cycles.

4. Problem Solving & Support



Handle customer complaints or issues professionally. Provide solutions or escalate to the relevant department. Guide customers through processes ( payments, services, etc.).

5. Communication & Professionalism



Use effective communication skills to influence and engage customers. Follow scripts or guidelines while adapting to customer needs. Maintain a polite, positive, and professional tone on calls.

Key Skills Required



Excellent communication and listening skills Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office) Patience and problem-solving abilities Persuasion and negotiation skills Ability to work under targets and pressure

Educational & Experience Requirements



Minimum: High School or Graduation (varies by company) Experience: 2years experienced candidates, depending on role
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
