Responsibilities: -
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure all issues are resolved.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Pay:
?10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Rotational shift
7am- 4pm o 1pm-10pm
