English & Hindi

(No MTI/RTI) Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply Strong communication and customer-handling ability

Role & Responsibilities



Handle customer queries through calls and provide accurate resolutions. Maintain professionalism and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or guidance. Record interactions and follow up on pending issues when required.
