We are hiring graduates for multiple Inbound Customer Service roles. Candidates must have prior BPO experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to join immediately.
Role Overview:
The role involves handling inbound customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (any discipline)
6 months to 1 year BPO experience (Inbound / Customer Service)
Good communication skills
Versant Level 3 / 4 / 5 as per role requirement
Customer-handling and problem-solving capability
Shift & Work Details:
Fixed day shift (Between 8 AM to 8 PM)
Any 9-hour shift window
1 rotational week off (for some roles)
Sunday fixed off (for specific inbound roles)
