Candidate with Good communication skills
Knowledge of call handling, phone etiquette's & Basic Email writing skills
Fluent in English, Hindi languages
Basic knowledge of Excel ( Vlook-up, Pivot )
HSC completed can apply, however Graduation will be preferred.
Minimum 6months - 1 year of experience in customer service background.
Experience of E-commerce/ Logistics will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Make Outbound calls to Customer - Provide Information On Shipping and Delivery Services.
Tracking and reporting delayed shipment on Courier Website.
Follow up with Courier team for Delivery
Maintain Customer Records and Manage Database
150 - 200 outbound calls to be made daily
No Targets, No Sales, Laptop & Phone will be provided by the company.
6 days Work from Office.
