About the Role

The role focuses on handling customer interactions and managing

online leads

for residential and commercial interior design projects. It includes assisting prospective clients, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to

online leads

generated through websites, social media, ads, and inquiry platforms. Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages related to interior design services. Explain design packages, pricing, timelines, materials, and execution processes. Schedule client meetings with designers, site supervisors, and project managers. Maintain and update customer records, project details, and follow-up status in CRM tools. Follow up with potential leads to convert them into confirmed clients. Coordinate with design, operations, and execution teams for updates and timely communication. Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required. Collect feedback after project completion and support service quality improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

in customer service or sales support (interior design/home decor industry preferred). Graduate degree in any field; interior design knowledge is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Good understanding of basic interior design concepts, materials, and project flow. Experience handling

online inquiries and lead conversion

. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication channels. Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary Range
