Manage technician tickets and update daily trackers
Coordinate with Operations & VRAs for machine refilling issues (Pan India)
Maintain records of interactions, complaints & resolutions
Work with internal teams for quick problem resolution
Use Google Sheets/Docs for reporting
Requirements:
1+ year experience in Customer Service
Strong communication skills
Must know Google Sheets & Google Docs
Experience in Zoho CRM & Greythr preferred
Ability to multitask & work under pressure
