The Cabs Operations Executive will be responsible for handling client communications through email, managing booking requests, and ensuring smooth coordination of all related processes. The role requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in handling Indecab software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to client emails promptly and professionally. Attend to client queries, requests, and concerns with accuracy and empathy. Process bookings using Indecab software and ensure timely confirmations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and booking accuracy.
