Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Handle both incoming and outgoing calls for US-based clients. Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance. Address inquiries related to billing, claims, or general support (depending on the process). Keep accurate records of all calls and ensure prompt follow-up.

Qualifications:



Graduates with strong verbal English skills. Open to both freshers and candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in voice-based roles (preferred). Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or US healthcare processes is a plus. Must be willing to work night shifts (US time zone).
