Responsible for managing mall operations, handling retailer and customer concerns, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Qualifications
Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
2-5 years of experience, preferably in the retail/mall industry
Minimum Age: 25 years
Key Responsibilities
Handle retailer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
Prepare, send, and analyze operational reports
Organize events for patrons and retail partners
Oversee fit-out work and coordinate with project teams for renovations
Liaise with MEP, Security, Housekeeping, and Parking teams
Maintain snag reports and support weekly review meetings
Ensure compliance with government departments and assist in documentation
Support financial collections including rent, CAM, and utilities
Maintain operational records, reports, and checklists
Supervise parking operations, staff attendance, and grooming standards
Working Conditions
Daily reporting to Sr. Operations Executive regarding mall operations
On-site role with cross-department coordination
