Customer Service Executive - Email & Chat Process
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Qualification: 12th Pass and Above
Shift: Day Shift | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Off)
Salary: Up to ?25,000 + Unlimited Incentives
Experience: 0 to 2 Years in Customer Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via email and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer issues
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks
Ideal Candidate:
- Good written English communication skills
- Typing speed and accuracy for chat handling
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM or ticketing tools is a plus)
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
