1) Proven experience (of say 1-2 years) in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role within the B2B fintech/finance industry.
2) Strong understanding of financial technology products and services; familiarity with SaaS solutions is a plus.
3) Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
4) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights to clients.
6) Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and achieving client success.
7) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
8) Experience with Inbound/outbound customer success or proactive customer engagement strategies is highly desirable.
