Responsibilities:



Interact with international customers via chat to resolve queries and provide information. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate responses. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Work collaboratively with the team to meet service quality standards. Adhere to process guidelines and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria:



Education:

Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).

Experience:

Candidates with international BPO experience preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Skills Required:

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

in English. Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.

Availability:

Comfortable with

rotational shifts

and

rotational week offs

.
