Care Coordinator - Call Center Operations (Airoli, Navi Mumbai)


No. of Candidates Required -

Seven (In-office Working)

- Consultant, agreement will be renewed every year.

- Immediate or within 15 days

Working Days

- Monday to Saturday (shift timing, rotational Week off)

Role Synopsis -

JD is attached.

Requirement

- Exceptional in communication and proficiency in English & Hindi.Flexibility to work in shifts and rotational week offs. Ability to manage high volume of calls, presentable.

Salary

- Fixed salary upper limit would be INR 25,000 per month for an exceptional candidate. In addition to this, the per-month incentive will be remitted as per the performance. Since these are consultants, income tax at 10% would be deducted from the monthly gross total salary.
