Customer Care Executive
who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth coordination of logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to shipping, freight, and logistics services.
Provide accurate information on shipment status, delivery schedules, and service updates.
Coordinate with internal departments -- Operations, Sales, and Documentation -- to ensure prompt responses to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through professional communication.
Record and follow up on customer requests, complaints, and feedback until resolution.
Support clients with quotation requests, shipment tracking, and documentation requirements.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain updated customer databases.
Promote Aeon Shipping's services and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
.
1-3 years' experience
in customer service, preferably in the
shipping or logistics industry
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
and email correspondence.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Projected Total Compensation: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
